	* New tags:
		GU_AdjustBottom - subtract the height of the text font from y-pos
		GU_AdjustRight  - subtract the length of the text from x-pos

	* Changed the Hotkey part of the library to use gg_UserData instead of
	  gg_MutualExclude. MutualExclude is not used anywhere (the RKM says so),
	  but strange things started to happen with the PALETTE_KIND gadget if
	  running under OS3.0.

	* Changed the inparameters to GU_CreateLocMenuA. Now two tag lists is
	  passed to the function instead of one. The first is used for
	  CreateMenusA, and the other one is used for LayoutMenusA.
